Water Leakage and Seepage of flats are generally removed without dismantling the unit. It has been observed that urea and uric acid are main disturbing source of water flow in bathroom (sewerage) lines. Lines leak generally from joint or on main line, due to chemical action. Defective bathrooms fitments such as bathtubs, shower tray or hand wash basin or the improper installation of pipe work or necessary sealant. This action cause micro hole or cracks in the system. Bathroom Leakage Repairing Solution There are several reasons of bathroom leakage & seepage: Leak could be caused by a leak in upstairs toilet. A toilet leak is usually a result of some sort of a break or defect in the seal of the wax ring that adjoins the toilet to the floor. You may not have realized it, but every time you flushed that toilet, you’d have been causing water to penetrate through the bathroom floor and into your down ceiling. A ceiling leak can also be caused by leaks in the SUBSTANTIVE MATERIAL lines that attach to the toilet or to the sink trap. The leak may come from water seeping out at the point where the DRAIN lines join together, or maybe the drainpipes’ connector joints aren’t joined tightly enough. LEAKING DRAINS Commodes, Tubs and showers drains connect to P-traps, just like sink drains do, and the traps can leak. Water can also seep past strainers(JALII) that aren’t properly connected to the drain, and in some cases, there may be small cracks or brakes in the bottom of the fixture itself. When water leaks from any of these sources, it will usually become apparent(zahir) on the bathroom ceiling or in the room roof, as it buckles the ceiling drywall. Water doesn’t always originate from the drain. It may also come from loose or crack drain line connections. What Do Ceiling Leaks Look Like? Ceiling (chaht) leaks from rooms BATH, upstairs bathrooms may present themselves as slowly expanding damp spots making their way across your ceiling, or they may present as continuous and steady(mustakem drips. Either one is serious and demands immediate attention. Before you move on to fixing the leak, the first thing you’ll have to figure out is what’s causing the leak. Persistent(mustakil) leaks that have been there a long time can turn into sagging(jhugy) ceilings, which in turn can turn into a ceiling collapse(GIRNA). You could also end up dealing with a pervasive(WASEY) mold(SANCHAY) issue if you don’t take care of the issue right away.
