The course introduces students to the principles of construction estimation with regard to the theory and principles of project management as well as bidding practice in the construction industry. The course covers: first principles of estimating, basic macro/microeconomic principles, cost planning and control, drafting project bids, tendering, contracts and bill of quantities. The aim of the bachelor's study program quantitative survey is to provide students with a solid theoretical and practical foundation that will enable them to measure, value, value and specify construction resources and become active players in the rational identification, use and control of resources within the construction industry.
