Whether you are brand new to the industry or a seasoned rigger seeking qualification or certification, we have the training course for you. Rigging comprises the system of ropes, cables and chains, which support a sailing ship or sail boat's masts—standing rigging, including shrouds and stays and which adjust the position of the vessel's sails and spars to which they are attached the running rigging, including halyards, braces, sheets and vangs.Standing rigging is cordage which is fixed in position. Standing rigging is almost always between a mast and the deck, using tension to hold the mast firmly in place.Rigging is divided into two classes, standing, which supports the mast (and bowsprit), and running, which controls the orientation of the sails and their degree of reefing. Configurations differ for each type of rigging, between fore-and-aft rigged vessels and square-rigged vessels. Due to its role, standing rigging is now most commonly made of steel cable. It was historically made of the same materials as running rigging, only coated in tar for added strength and protection from the elements.International Rigger Level 3 Course in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Gilgit, Skardu, Ghangche, taxila, Shigar, Astore, Diamer, Ghizer, Kharmang, Gultari, Rondo, Hunza Nagar, Gupi, Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Muzaffarabad, Mirpur, Bhimber, Kotli, Rawlakot, Bagh, Bahawalpur, Bhakkar, Chakwal, Chiniot, Dera Ghazi Khan, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Hafizabad, Jhang, Jhelum, Kasur, Khanewal, Khushab, Layyah, Lodharan, Mandi-Bahuddin, Mianwali, Multan, Muzaffargarh, Nankana Sahib, Narowal, Okara, Pakpattan, Rahim Yar Khan, Rajanpur, Sahiwal, Sargodha, Sheikhupura, Sialkot, Toba tek Singh, Vehari, Attock, Taxila, Wah Cantt, Rawalpindi, Balochistan, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab, Sindh, Gilgit Baltistan, Turbat, Sibi, Chaman, Lasbela, Zhob, Gwadar, Nasiraba, Jaffarabad, Hub, Dera Murad Jamali, Dera Allah Yar, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar, Mardan, Abbottabad, Mingor, Kohat, Bannu, Swabi, Dera Ismail Khan, Charsadda, Nowshera, Mansehra, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Larkana, Nawabshah, Nanak wara, Mirpur Khas, Jacobabad, Shikarpur, Khairpur, Pakistan.Visit our website for further details www.courses.com.pk, www.icollegete.com.

Riggers also act as signalman.crane rigging safety training course teaches employees the safe way to handle crane rigging and all the hazards associated with using cranes while at work. Cranes are used at many workplaces, across all major industries, to lift and move materials. Crane operators are generally trained and often certified in safe crane operations and inspection. However, many accidents involving cranes are caused by failures of crane rigging and rigging hardware. What is the safety factor for cranes? Usually marked on the equipment by the manufacturer. It is a calculation of the Minimum Breaking Strength (MBS) aka Minimum Breaking Load (MBL) divided by a safety factor, usually ranging from 4 to 6 on lifting equipment. The factor can be as high as 10:1 or 10 to 1, if the equipment poses a risk to a person's life. What is Crane rigger? A rigger is a skilled tradesperson who specializes in the assistance of manual mechanical advantage device comprising pulley, block and tackle or motorised such as a crane or derrick or chain hoists (chain fall) or capstan winch. What is called rigging? Rigging comprises the system of ropes, cables and chains, which support a sailing ship or sail boat's masts—standing rigging, including shrouds and stays—and which adjust the position of the vessel's sails and spars to which they are attached—the running rigging, including halyards, braces, sheets and vangs. There is certainly a lot to learn about rigging a crane; that’s why crane rigging is often referred to as an art, and it takes years of practice to be a true expert.Because lifts often present new situations that require thought and sound decisions, you should never be bored at work! It is important that you continue to learn and find out all you can about the practice of rigging cranes. As you learn, keep in mind that you need to be cautious at all times, and think safety. It is up to you to never allow a lift that you even suspect could be unsafe. Finally, while unusual lifts may require special thought, even routine lifts can be deadly if a sling fails or if the rigger forgets to fasten the crane hook. That’s why it is essential that you follow all procedures every time, and think safety. As per Wikipedia, a rigger is a person who specializes in lifting and moving extremely large or heavy objects, often with the assistance of a crane, a derrick, or chain hoists.Any work that involves airborne loads is prone to extreme danger and needs to be handled under expert supervision and care. Modern-day construction and industrial businesses involve the in-site transportation of heavy loads, which requires tremendous safety and expertise. This course prepares persons to perform rigging calculations and to select and apply rigging for safe controlled load handling. Persons completing this training will understand their responsibility to ensure proper rigging methods are used and that all variables which could result in a rigging failure are accounted for through planning and proper selection of gear.A certified Rigger Level II has additional knowledge and skills to those of a certified Rigger Level I. A Level II Rigger is able to select rigging components based on a given rigging capacity. A certified Rigger Level II should be able to estimate the load weight and configuration, identify lift points, select rigging based on loading, perform inspections, have knowledge of hitch configurations, rigging capacities, and load integrities, and understand hazards as well as the load dynamics. He/she should be able to complete these tasks unsupervised. Certified Rigger Level IIs should also have some working knowledge of other equipment like hoists, winches, jacks, and industrial rollers. You must pass both a written and practical exam to be certified as a Level II Rigger.
