The role sits within their Transformers and HV Components Department and will hold responsibility for the HV Components in the transmission system between the offshore wind turbines and the onshore grid. The ultimate goal is to ensure grid connection. This role will provide electrical engineering services across a wide variety of their global offshore wind farms and the scope of the role includes; design, procurement, contract execution and final handover to OFTO and O&M. This is in relation to HV components such as; switchgears, transformers, reactors, filters and protection systems. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the quality of HV component deliverables and progress in compliance with project schedules and budgets. Coordinate during FAT, installation, SAT, SIT, energisation and commissioning of substations. Collaborate and coordinate tasks with project members and suppliers of HV components.
