Even Prince William is said to be worried by his thinning hair, with recent reports claiming he is trying laser therapy to thicken his locks for his wedding day. The causes of hair loss vary. Men often suffer from the hereditary condition male pattern baldness, while in women the cause is commonly hormonal imbalances caused by the menopause or having a baby.
