Al huda town taramri

I am a 3 storey newly constructed building, other than ground floor, i want to rent it out either for school or accommodation. Each floor has two portions and each portion having 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate kitchen. So, on one floor total number of rooms is : 8 Bathrooms are 04 and kitchens are 02. And same on the third floor as on the second floor. Construction work is not finished 100 % but it will complete before the end of march, 2016. Each floor area is:2500 Sq/ft (10 Marla). Very near to Sultana foundation, just opposite to Army Residential buildings at al Huda Town. Rent for one floor is: 30000 PKR and for both the floors: 60,000 Pkr.
