A very special house

In the suburbs of Sherwood, Oregon, few months ago has been put up for sale one of the most spectacular homes in the world. Not only it has all the amenities of a luxury home (460 square meters, excellent materials, garden and much more), but even a railway that crosses the park surrounding it, with real steam locomotives.

The railway makes a journey of 3.5 km and has a bridge and a tunnel, the train can carry up to 40 people.

The house was put up for sale for about $ 3.5 million, the railway is the result of a passion for trains of its former owner, Todd Miller.

"The railroad is my passion. I do not only like to travel by train but I love to build model trains. What fascinates me is the history of railways in the United States, how the railroad built this country," says Miller.
No one knows what made him decide to sell his property and even for a half of the real value.
