This 30-hour program offers a complete instruction of OSHA compliance issue training.
OSHA.com recommends training programs on a job site. These programs are an orientation to
occupational safety and health for employees. This 30-hour course provides information from OSHA 29
CFR 1910. Additional training is a requirement for all general industry workers. This course meets
OSHA standards to teach the potential of specific job hazards and how to prevent them from
happening.Participants receive an OSHA 30-Hour General Industry course completion card in the mail
after 1-2 weeks of completing the course. The 30-hour General Industry Online Course is NOT
equivalent to the OSHA 510 or 511 courses. This 30-hour course does not meet the course
prerequisites to take the OSHA 500 or OSHA 501 courses.The OSHA 30-hour courses provide essential
information that helps safety committee members, forepersons, supervisors, superintendents,
managers, competent persons, safety staff, safety managers, and others monitor workplace safety and
