DAY LONG TRAINING WORKSHOP ON “RESPONSIBILITES OF A TAXPAYERS” IN LAHORE

Course Objective
In order to maximize the revenue, Federal and Provincial Governments are rapidly making changes in their Sales Tax Laws and shifting their revenue collection responsibilities to the taxpayers, resultantly taxpayers are facing lot of problems in recognizing their actual responsibilities and rights to ensure compliance.

Considering the real need of the time and ongoing rapid changes in Revenue Collection Strategies of Federal and Provincial Revenue Authorities; Softax arranged a full day workshop which aims at to provide understanding of legal responsibilities and constitutional rights of a taxpayer to ensure compliance of the applicable Laws and to minimize the burden of undue taxes, litigation, penalties and prosecutions with an interactive environment for maximum learning through discussion, deep understanding of the updated knowledge, Case studies and Apex Courts' judgments.
