Bathroom Leakage Repairing Solution

There are several reasons of bathroom leakage & seepage:

Leak could be caused by a leak in upstairs toilet. A toilet leak is usually a result of some sort of a break or defect in the seal of the wax ring that adjoins the toilet to the floor. You may not have realized it, but every time you flushed that toilet, you’d have been causing water to penetrate through the bathroom floor and into your down ceiling.

A ceiling leak can also be caused by leaks in the SUBSTANTIVE MATERIAL lines that attach to the toilet or to the sink trap. The leak may come from water seeping out at the point where the DRAIN lines join together, or maybe the drainpipes’ connector joints aren’t joined tightly enough.

LEAKING DRAINS

Commodes, Tubs and showers drains connect to P-traps, just like sink drains do, and the traps can leak. Water can also seep past strainers(JALII) that aren’t properly connected to the drain, and in some cases, there may be small cracks or brakes in the bottom of the fixture itself. When water leaks from any of these sources, it will usually become apparent(zahir) on the bathroom ceiling or in the room roof, as it buckles the ceiling drywall. Water doesn’t always originate from the drain. It may also come from loose or crack drain line connections.

What Do Ceiling Leaks Look Like?
