The smooth, light touch keys provide a pleasant typing experience. All mechanisms work as expected. New black ribbon installed and the machine is ready to go.The overall mechanical condition of the typewriter is very good. There are slight signs of age and use. It would also be a reliable companion for writers working on long writing projects. It appeals to all generations of typists. The items were handmade in small batches.
